The Republic Act 9344 is about the age of children that can go to prison because of the crime that she or he did. Almost 159 children suffering inside the prison beacause of the crime that they did. A long with other criminal the children has no freedom. 1 bowl of rice for 11 to 15 person, stealing stuff of the children., rapping them even they are boys.
Based Leachon that the age of criminal liabilities should decrease, if the one of children caught the word “kulong” is not applicable it should be put on “Bahay Pagasa” so that they can their lives. But on the other side when it comes to pyschology the ages 9 to 25 brain are still developing, so there’s no right to get to the peison.
This article has no connection to my blog, because my blog is about basketball but the artcole is about “Law”, “Criminal” or Republic Act 9344 and so on.
This article is the issue that has been contrevertional because the government can choose between of “what is the age of criminal liabilities”, it should 9 or 15. But now the government is still focusing on this problem because many children are suffering from the prison.
I have no experience about this kind of law because I’m still young and I don’t wanna go behind the bars and also I don’t wanna commit crime. But what I see with young like me it’s already in the prison that’s why I want everyone take an action with this kind of situation.
It’s increase my understanding because as a young I can feel what they feel but I don’t have a chance to make an action because I’m still young but for now the thing that I need to do is to pray because I know that prayer is the most powerful thing that you can give to those people who need guidance.
I really want to share this to other people not to pity them to people realize what is their lives in prison when they caught because of the crime they commit that they obey the one who is behind this. I wan’t President Duterte to take an action with this kind of problem becuase Dr. Jose Rizal that the children is the hope of our country.
